How do I restore my subscription?

If you've previously purchased a subscription and need to restore it, go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel, go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find Kids Dictionary, and tap Cancel Subscription.

Is the app safe for children?

Yes! Kids Dictionary was designed with children's safety in mind. We don't display ads, we don't collect unnecessary personal information, and all content is age-appropriate and educational.

Can my child use the app without an account?

An account is required to use Kids Dictionary. We recommend that a parent or guardian creates the account to ensure proper consent and oversight.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at joelhenrycl@gmail.com with your request. We'll process your request within 48 hours.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Close and reopen the app, 2) Check for app updates in the App Store, 3) Restart your device, 4) Reinstall the app. If the issue persists, please contact us with details about the problem.

Do you offer family sharing?

Yes! If you subscribe to Kids Dictionary Premium, you can share your subscription with up to 5 family members through Apple's Family Sharing feature.
